The Manicure Mentor – Terms of Service & Payment Policy

Welcome to The Manicure Mentor. We’re so glad to be part of your growth. Before we begin, please read through the following Terms of Service carefully. These policies apply to all programs, online courses, 1:1 coaching, and mentorship services offered by The Manicure Mentor.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “The Manicure Mentor,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the mentoring business.

  • “You” refers to any individual, student, or business who engages with The Manicure Mentor services.

  • “Services” include any digital education, courses, templates, coaching, and consulting.

  • “Debt” refers to any unpaid amount owed by you to us under this agreement.

  • “Proposal” refers to any documented outline of services, inclusions, and pricing provided to you.

2. Payment Terms

We ask that all students and clients review their financial situation before enrolling in any paid service, and only commit if you are confident in your ability to follow through on the payment terms.

  • a) Payments are due as outlined in your course or coaching enrolment.

  • b) Any missed or late payments are considered overdue and will incur a 5% monthly interest charge until the balance is resolved.

  • c) You are not permitted to withhold or deduct any payments owed under this agreement for any reason.

  • d) If you fail to meet payment obligations after three failed attempts, access to your course or membership will be paused until payments are up to date.

  • e) All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of your completion status or ability to participate.

  • f) Ongoing or recurring services will follow the pricing detailed in your Proposal or email confirmation.

Important: Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to complete the full payment. Non-completion of a course does not release you from the financial and contractual obligation.

3. Coaching Calls

For clients in 1:1 mentoring containers:

  • Coaching calls must be scheduled in advance and rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without appropriate notice will be forfeited.

  • Rebooking is at our discretion and depends on availability.

4. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

  • We collect your personal information solely to deliver services and maintain communication.

  • By enrolling, you consent to your data being stored and shared only with third-party providers essential to delivering your program (e.g., Stripe, Thinkific etc).

  • You must keep your contact and payment information up to date.

  • Some data may be stored or processed outside of Australia in accordance with data privacy regulations.

5. Our Promise

We genuinely care about your success. If at any time you feel unsatisfied or uncertain about the service, we encourage open communication and will do our best to resolve your concerns with care and urgency.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Please email us in writing if an issue arises, including full details of the dispute.

  • Both parties agree to attempt resolution within 14 days before escalating to mediation or legal action.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian law and may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital materials, course content, templates, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of The Manicure Mentor. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or sell the content.

  • Share the content with others without permission.

  • Modify the material or claim it as your own.

  • Record or screenshot course content or videos.

Breach of this policy will result in immediate termination without refund, and legal action will be taken.

8. Termination

By The Manicure Mentor:

We reserve the right to cancel access immediately if:

  • You fail to make payments.

  • You violate intellectual property rules.

  • You behave inappropriately within our community or sessions.

  • There’s a conflict of interest or professional misalignment.

In this case, no refunds will be issued.

9. Confidentiality

All personal, financial, and business information shared within our services is confidential.

  • We will not disclose your information without consent.

  • You agree not to share our proprietary materials, business methods, or session content with anyone outside the service.

  • Confidentiality remains in place for five years after your final engagement with The Manicure Mentor.

10. Course Access, Completion & Certification

  • Digital certificates are issued upon successful course completion, if applicable.

  • Completion does not guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on your commitment, effort, and practice.

  • Course timeframes are provided on enrolment. Extensions may be requested for an additional fee.

  • If you do not complete your course within the specified or extended timeframe, your course access may be considered abandoned and revoked.

  • No refunds or extensions will be granted for abandoned courses.

11. Refunds & Withdrawals

  • Due to the nature of our intellectual property; all courses, eBooks and memberships are strictly non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason, once a purchase has been made, and / or course content has been accessed.

  • In the rare event that we cancel a course before you begin it, a full refund (minus third-party processing fees) will be issued.

  • We reserve the right to deny any enrolment at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, regardless of where you’re located. Legal matters must be handled within this jurisdiction.

13. Privacy Policy (Summary)

We take privacy seriously. In alignment with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles, we:

  • Collect your personal information to deliver services and respond to enquiries.

  • Do not sell or misuse your data.

  • Use cookies and analytics tools to enhance your experience.

  • Allow you to opt-out of marketing emails at any time.

  • Secure your data through trusted third-party platforms like Stripe and Kajabi.

You have the right to access or update your personal data by contacting us directly.
